BUILDING FOR THE FUTURE Academy offers small and medium-sized NGOs:- Free-of-charge high-quality training tailored to organisations in the social sector in Romania- The opportunity to broaden your organisation’s knowledge and skills.- Valuable insight into NGO Best Practice from world leaders in the NGO sector.- Practice-oriented workshops on key areas of NGO management – e.g. fundraising, communications, leadership, branding, marketing collateral, relationship management – and much more.- The opportunity for expert advice and input to specific projects, ideas or challenges your organisation faces.- The opportunity to build up networks and share know-how and experiences with other NGOs in your community.

Scopul proiectului
10.000 lei (aprox. 2250 Euros) to organize Building for the Future NGO Academy, a program where at least 20 different NGOs will be represented and the participants will get the chance to develop their leadership skills in order to develop new impactfull projects.
Beneficiarii proiectului
Bridging The Gap is committed to supporting small and medium-sized NGOs in Romania equip themselves with the best possible levels of knowledge and practical experience in order to improve their skills, sustainability and reputation. Many organisations struggle to adjust to the changes in the NGO landscape and meet the new and/or increasing demands being made on them. In the changing face of the NGO world, we want to encourage NGO’s that investing time and effort into broadening the organisation’s knowledge and skills is crucial. Investing in education and training will help each organization adapt to the changes in the social sector and be as effective as possible with the resources it has.
De ce să donez?
Our vision is to create a Romania where the needs of charitable organisations making an impact on society are met by the community around them. One of the ways in which we aim to do this is to share our skills and experience to smaller and less experienced NGO’s who do not have access to, or budget for, professional training. The project will be done in Bucharest.

Bridging The Gap este “ONG-ul pentru ONG-uri” care este menit să aducă organizațiile caritabile din România mai aproape de agențiii economici locali și din țară. Încurajăm lumea DE AFACERI să sprijine sectorul CARITABIL, ceea ce, la rândul său, aduce beneficii întregii COMUNITĂȚI. Credem că acesta este modelul de viitor care va cultiva o comunitate DURABILĂ.
